Anxiety Management is possible using a simple, safe approach developed by a Stanford engineer, Gary Craig. EFT combines time-honored ancient healing methods and the basic principals of physics which tell us that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy.
EFT often works where nothing else will! Simply put, EFT is a form of acupuncture that does not use needles - the meridian energy points are tapped with finger tips.
Anxiety Management is only one benefit of this discovery. But don’t take our word for it, allow the experiences of those who have used EFT tell the story. Click here for our free get started package.

Anxiety Management anxiety management technique helps medical student”
a letter to Gary Craig, Founder of EFT, regarding anxiety management
“You may remember me as the struggling medical student who bought the EFT course a little over a year ago to help me conquer test anxiety. I wanted to wait until I finished the school year AND passed my board exam before I reported back to you. I'm happy to say that EFT worked beyond my wildest dreams...I literally went from C's & D's to A's & B's! The thing that always bothered me was the fact that I studied just as hard as everyone else & I KNEW the material...I just got so freaked out when it came time for exams that I would draw a blank during the test, which would cause me to panic even more, which led to a vicious downward spiral until I would run out of time.
This year I used EFT before & during (when needed) the exams...I had almost NO test anxiety whatsoever...and the little bit that I DID have was fairly easily tapped away. I no longer ran out of time...instead, I finished 2-hour exams in 30-45 minutes (ALL of them)! And like I said, my grades shot way up.
The real challenge was the board exam though...350 questions in 7 hours. Again, I tapped before & during the exam, and I was so relaxed while I was taking it that it was almost freaky. My classmates looked haggard & stressed, but I looked & felt rested. I finished the exam 2 hours early & got a great score! Like I said, I didn't want to say anything until I got ALL my results back because I didn't want to give a false or exaggerated report. But needless to say, I'm very happy. I just hope nobody thinks I cheated!
I hope to help other struggling students now that I've proven to myself that EFT works. If you should decide to talk about this to anyone, I'd prefer that you withheld my name...C's & D's in med school are VERY embarrassing. I'm just glad that's all behind me now.”
